Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
Pray It In is a free journal for meditating on Scripture. These terms are written to be short and plain.
Using the app
You may use Pray It In for your own study and with your church or small group. Please do not misuse the service: do not try to break it, overload it, get into other people's data, or use it to send unwanted email.
Your content
What you write is yours. We cannot read your synced studies because they are encrypted on your device. You are responsible for what you share from the app, for example reflection cards or group selections.
Keep your keys safe
Your password and recovery key are the only ways to unlock your cloud copy. We cannot recover them or your studies if both are lost. Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
A beta service
Pray It In is in beta. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. It is provided as it is, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or for any loss that comes from using the app.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. We may stop offering the service; if so, we will try to give notice so you can make a backup. You can stop using it at any time and delete your account in Settings.
Scripture
The sample Psalm 23 text comes from translations that are in the public domain in most countries: the King James Version in English, and the Chinese Union Version in Chinese. Other passages are ones you paste in yourself from the translation you read.
